Our Cleaners are carefully selected. We do background checks on each of the employees hired. We also consider their referees and significant others. We request recommendations from their area local council leaders. We also look at their employment history. We consider those who are passionate about cleaning and serving others.
Question #2 How do you motivate and manage your teams?
We motivate our employees through;
- Good remuneration; as compared to the market rates, we pay our employees above the market rate.
- We also give our employees clear guidelines and protocols on what they are supposed to do.
- Training; Our employees are given induction training, ongoing training, and on-site training.
Question #3 Will the same cleaner or cleaners continually maintain my facility?
Yes, the same cleaner or cleaners will continue to clean your facility. These will have a standby cleaner just in case one person falls sick or is unable to work. Each site has a supervisor to ensure the quality of work is provided.
Question #4 What kind of quality control checks do you use to assure reliability through accountability?
Our employees are carefully selected, and those that have a passion for cleaning are hired. They are offered induction training ongoing training and on-site training. Each site has a supervisor to ensure quality and a cleaning checklist.
We aim at exceeding the customer's expectations but just in case it is not done, a repeat clean is offered if the customer reports within the first 24 hours after the last day of cleaning.
Question #5 How much will it cost
Our prices vary from office or home to home, we consider the frequency of cleaning, what is to be cleaned, and the size of what will be cleaned.
An assessment is done before we determine the price for cleaning.
